Sandstorm completely cancelled the stage.
Easy then, no scores all round
Would you still score GC / Sprint / Mountain points etc as these aren't affected by a stage being neutralized/cancelled only the daily finish line points will be zero?
Nope as that would be equally unfair on those who took risks, not only loosing transfers but potentially also having list gc points depending who they took out
By now you can probably see dave scored it 0
Also think its in the rules somewhere now for this year that a cancelled/neutalised stage is automatically going to be scored 9
