I'm sure I'll get used to this style of posts, but is it possible to re-arrange the day/month element of the date of posting away from the current month/day format.
You could confuse a stupid person, you know.
Hello there, I am planning to buy a Ridley Excalibur for commuting to work and for weekend fun. It is a good choice?
You can commute on anything - and a road bike is for riding on the road after all. Mind you, you might want to be packing a bloomin' good lock for any stops on the way home. And if it was me and there wasn't secure parking at work I'd be parking it by my desk.
Anyone here who isn't on the other place too?

Me.
I gave up on NumptyWorld after a clash with "Captain Ego"... and reading too many "What tyres for..." threads.
:-(
/Waves back & shouts hello/
great somewhere else to waste time
I don't know where you mean... ;-)
already a nicer place to be than bikeradar!! (sorry Tony)
im at eurobike, all from the comfort of my office...
matt (aftermarket)
Thank you for providing yet another avenue for avoiding boredom at work.
Good luck with it all.
Oh, dear.
Another place to bitch about taxation and bad driving. Whooppee! :)
Mind if I check a few things:
TT
CK
What tyres for?
hmm, this maths question at the bottom is going to become challenging at 1am after a few shandies. Good idea then!
blimey and an enforced preview, and another maths question. You've certainly got to be determined to get your points across...
Oh, and how do stick images in here?
actually, probably not bothered now. Have I got to jump through these hoops everytime I want to post?!
This is far too tedious. Who wrote this thing?
sorry... still a work in progress, and a bit clunky in places. we'll be working (hard, no doubt) to sort out any glitches...
Good luck with the new venture. A road version of STW - sounds good to me!!!
Can I be the first to ask for a MTB section to the forum?
Anyway - in the grand tradition of STW - what tyres for winter training? They need to be red, that's the only fixed criteria.
how long till a whats it worth?
oh by the way
this thread is useless without pictures
good luck with the web site etc looks good !!
Yeah, fair point. We've got a list of things we want to improve on the site and pictures on posts is one of them. We might want to look at giving you different sections: road,TT, that sort of thing - depends what you'd all like…?
Dave: Don't Panic!
As a very recent convert to road riding ( commuting on my MTB ) this place will get a visits from me. :)
Great pictures of Eurotrash.
