Two new Boa spare parts kits arrived today. Shipped from Austria apparently. Top service!

I frequently order replacement Boa dials from Boa's own website. They are shipped from the US, so take a couple of weeks to arrive, but arrive they do, free of charge. I've lost count of the number of Boa dials I've been through - they seem very fragile. I even carry a spare!
I had the same thing on my old Lake shoes too. Try the BOA Repair Centre http://www.boatechnology.com/repair-center/ I think that's where I got my replacements from.
If you go through the "Redeem Guarantee" section on that link you can order spares for free as Boa offer lifetime guarantee on all their parts regardless of what shoes they are in.
I know its 3 years later but I just though I'd comment here to say their lifetime guarantee is still a thing. No questions asked, just fill out a form and submit, free delivery too!
Very glad I stumbled on this post
thanks guys - spoke to Lake shoes in the end and BOA replaced them for free - great customer service!
eBay is a wonderful tool...

Not Lake specific, but I cant imagine it is any different.
I don't know how they attach to the dial but I would look at wire nylon covered fishing trace as a replacement and then figure out the fixing to the dial then make some up and sell them must be a market if you can't find any
Look up 'boa cycling replacement' in google...
