Cycling in and around Bergerac France
I NEED A CYCLING BUDDY.
I have just completed on a house in Bergerac and will be using the house as a holiday home for the initial years and then moving out on a full time basis.
I've looked on line and there is a local cycling club, which I have contacted, but haven't heard anything back from them. Is there any members that live or visit Bergerac that wouldn't mind me joining you for a ride. I was in the area during the summer and rode to Duras from Bergerac and thoroughly enjoyed the route and roads.
I'm in my fifties but have kept my fitness up, so can cover any distances up to 100 miles, so please get in touch with me. mark-drury [at] sky.com.

I agree with this - the driver was the ultimate cause of the crash and therefore bears some responsbility. But the immediate cause of cyclist #2...

My brother lives in Mussidan 20 minutes north of you, I will direct him to this page. He has joined Racing Club Mussidan, they ride every Sunday and either split according to level or ride for the slowest, usually my brother!

You should join BCIF (British Cyclists in France) on Facebook and maybe try to arrange some pedals with Ali Marsh (the Dordogne Cyclist). Ali is based near Abjat Sur Bandiat, further in the North of the region so you would have to drive a bit.
