Degenkolb defo not racing HTC announced team today
i'll be updating the start list tonight. I tend to go with cyclingfever.com as it seems to be the most accurate at the mo
Don't forget that transfers can be made right up to the day of the race too (though you might not want to leave it up until the deadline just in case).
That means you'll have plenty of time after the official start list is published to make your selections.
He is not listed as possible on cycling fever which is normally the most accurate site until official publications are made
None yet as HTC has not officially published yet, i wouldnt worry about it until there is still confusion at this time next week when the tour is about to start.
Also i very much doubt he will be racing tbh
