Well, it's quite possible that he and a lot of other riders might be out of time limit today as well.
If he is out and Rojas is in, another 20 point deduction might lose him the jersey today!
That, apparently, was one of the reasons why Movistar put riders in the break... to reduce cut-off and place Cav out of it
