Sagan and Kittel, got Quinziato as my 'sprinter' but he was in the break today. I did think about putting Haedo in....

Only 55 today, what the feck were they playing at letting a break of so many go clear, Sky not chasing down?

Sky were chasing but nobody was helping them for almost the whole stage. they eventually reeled some time back in on the final climb, and I think all the GC teams started helping once they realised that Duarte was "virtual leader" and they were in danger of a serious fuckup.

TBH there were only 6 riders in front of the GC group at the finish as most of the break, except the strong climbers, cracked on the climb, so I don't think it can have affected people's scores that much.

looks like everyone's going for Sagan and Kittel, which I have to admit was my plan too, with Bennati, as Van Av did nothing for me earlier in the Vuelta and I'm tired of waiting for him to so something. Had Montaguti today, thinking about Lastras tomorrow. It suits him a bit. Need break guys to catch up with the leaders.

same for me sticking with bennati and got sagan in and kittel and GC should stay the same so will have 5 in the top 10 on GC and then moreno's mountain points (only 2 but still) if all goes well and then all is good

Sticking with my pool, so Sagan in and Kittel in, and sticking with Van Ave because of the 2% incline at the end.

What was the incline on the stage that Sutton won? By the way, where'd you get the 2% info from, fatcyclist? Is that a significant rise?

70 for me, but I thought i'd cracked it. Tuned in to the cycling news text service, and much excitement about people in my team. The only thing is I didn't know that Moncoutie and the rest of the breakaway had gotten there first. 3 mins before Wiggins etc. 22

Moncoutie was worth 30 points today, J-Rod 17, Wiggo 18. Tomorrow is going to be an oddity, out on the coast with winding roads, but it'll most likely come down to a sprint, albeit a slightly uphill one. If Moncoutie isn't too tired he might go on a break to scoop up the mountain points he needs to take Blue - he's only one point behind Montaguti!

Friday looks terrifying.

64 poor day 2 too many break away riders were left up the rode to pick up big points - hopefully it affects everyone.

5 in the top 10 of GC, stage winner and a few minor placings, plus a few mountains points for Moncoutie. I had an add up and got 81 points, I may be wrong....

Cracking ride by Froome reminiscent of Voeckler in yellow riding at the front.

The game is still being updated so dont know about points but got 6 of top seven in GC at the end of the stage so should do quite canny. Decision now is do i change any 39 39 39

Looking like a great day for me 1 The sky tracker has broken a bit, Moncoutie takes the win, Wiggo possibly in red, ITV has just gone to a break.

I put Froomey in, but I'm not sure how much he cracked in the end, he was flogging himself for Wiggo for most of the climb. J-Rod only put 7 seconds into Wiggo etc in the end.

Sooooo glad I left Moncoutie in 4 He's 45 seconds clear of his chasers and going for the win. A few attacks coming out of the peloton now, Rodriguez testing Sky's legs.

Got a few points for Moncoutie on the climbs and he should jump up the KoM tonight too. The final climb actually starts now, 30km out, if you look at the profile, so no surprise that Sky are starting to reel in the break. Attacks coming out of the break now, Palomares and Jorgensen.

The torture begins on ITV4 3

Break have come to the 3rd climb, their lead is falling slightly as they climb. Sky's entire team out on the front of the peloton, towing them along.

Oh dear the lead is upto 6mins 7 secs. The only good thing is that with Duarte in the group the other GC teams are going to have to start to pull their weight or they will lose out as well. The big climb starts in about 16kms but we have a 3rd category to get over first.
