Bugger it, i swapped out Gerrans for Hutarovich thinking he would make the climb and be there at the end. Lost out on 13 points. Wouldn't make much difference to the overall scores but in the long run you never know.
It would seem it was, but more down to others making 'bad' transfers from what i remember or the teams around me after yesterday
Swapping out Greipel for Eddie BH
Swapping out Bennati for Gerrans

I can confirm further results
1. Friere
2. Bennati
3. Ciolek
4. EBH
5. Matthews
6. Rojas
7. Roberts
8. Koren
9. Lagutin
10. Haussler
11. Roy
12. Moreno
13. Pauwels

In other news, police and fire brigade were called to a section of road near Tanunda where the race will pass through later on in the stage to clear nails, drawing pins, rocks and other debris that were scattered over the road, many people were taking part in an Am race over the same route and encountered the things over the road
Guarnieri back in for thid one just for fun
only got 163 pts on day 3, so must do better on stg 4.
Hope Bakelandts doesn't escape.
Ive took out Gerdemann and Belleti and put in Kohler and Machado
EBH will surely win this one?
The climb is approx 200 mtrs over 2 kms so its not exactly a ball breaker, a professional cyclist should be able to manage it
The worst climber in the peloton is going to be stronger going uphill than all but a few of us lot playing the game, but the issue is, how does he compare to the others in the race?
I reckon 2km at 1 in 10 that close to the finish is enough for some of the stronger climbers, especially those with an explosive kick, to get away - and for some of the weaker ones to be too knackered to figure in a chase once they get to the top.
I say hutarovich can't climb, but that's more out of hope than any actual knowledge as i've consistently failed to transfer him in and stage 4 is no exception
I sooooo want to use at least 2 of my transfers, but i cant bring myself to change anything
I toyed with putting him in but I agree with LabMonkey so he'll probably win going on my start to the season. I'm keeping the same team as today then seeing what happens tomorrow. Unless I get a surprise breakaway win then my TDU is over anyway.
My question to you is... can Hutarovich climb, and therefore will he make the sprint?
