Yeah that was the only down side, travelling on the bus with its heating full blast wearing my winter Lycra and base layers was not great, but good for getting a sweat on

Bet it shows up well, especially sat on the bus in Lycra
I thought i was the only one who'd tried that and found out it fits, lol
But because i got the bus, i decided on a foot long Italian BMT on Italian bread, with cheese, toasted and some sweet onion sauce
I also discovered something else today, buses are FAR more comfy to travel on if your wearing padding on your arse
A 6" loaded Chicken & Bacon Ranch Melt Sub fits nicely in bottle cage too
Apparently the Steak & Cheese has side effects
Nah just a White Chocolate Mocha and then a subway, couldn't be bothered cycling back the 41 miles in an average of -3, so jumped on the bus
Coffee & a large beesteak !!!!
Over dosage can produce Clenbuterol side-effects such as................MEMORY LOSS
