This is the first stage
just me pressing the wrong buttons. duly amended.
I think the first stage is an Individual, based on what Prudhomme says about the last stage "closing the loop" etc here... http://www.letour.fr/2012/PNC/COURSE/us/edito.html
I believe the 1st stage is an ITT and the last stage is an ICTT....if it says TTT on here it will be a typo, as thats been up since Jan and often the info about isnt great back then
ALso with the last stage being an ICTT, some confusion may have arisen and it presumed the 1st stage was thus an TTT rather than an ITT (as on here it doesnt specify that the last stage is ICTT either)
