I have a couple of those, but from the Pyrenees, like the Col d'Aubisque, from back in the day before digital camera's. I think I have prints of the photo's somewhere, but they get lost

Nobody was serious about taking Kilo markers.
At least, I wasn't.
Sorry, I didn't mean to imply people were considering removal of the stone markers!! My point is, one's own "I was there" photo will always mean more than a mass-produced trinket.
A suggestion: take only photographs, leave only footprints.
