Just checked my purist team...its looking hot hot hot...
My team, 2,4,5,11,16,LR + 5 for Rasch
Tony Martin (OPQ)
Richie Porte (SKY)
Moreno Moser (LIQ)
Rui Alberto Faria Da Costa (MOV)
Adam Blythe (BMC)
Andrew Talansky (GRM)
Marcel Wyss (IAM)
Bert Grabsch (OPQ)
Gabriel Rasch (SKY)
I'll be doing the scores tonight, just a quick announcement the official Tour de Romandie website is showing 'No Results' for both the sprint and mountains competition.
Effectively that means there are no stage KoM points and no standing for either competition despite the prologue being classed as a cat 3 climb. Scores will be uploaded on this basis and should it change they'll be updated later.
85 standard, 51 purist, could have been worse but too many of my high-priced riders (Martin, Gesink, Frank) didn't pay off.
Now, what about tomorrow
71 standard and 97 purist, dropped kreuziger and Spilak for 2 sprinters that should score top 10 tomorrow but hoping top 5!
2 badges for my purist team...cant be bad
24-04-2013 | 13:24 | 1 ère étape du TdR Classement de GPM (le Gruyère AOP) après l'arrivée à Bruson : 1. Froome, 5 pts. 2. Talansky, 3pts. 3. Kiservolski 2pts. 4. Porte 1 pt.
Posted just now on the main site - still nothing in the results though and apparently, Talansky's wearing the jersey?
Still nothing on the official list of results:
http://www.tourderomandie.ch/en/35-ranking
But what you've posted translates as:
Step 1 of the ToR Ranking GPM (Gruyère PDO) after arrival in Bruson: 1. Froome, 5 pts. 2. Talansky, 3pts. 3. Kiservolski 2pts. 4. Porte 1 pt.
Given that they were the first four on the stage I think it's safe to say they were awarded those points but I'll check it against whatever results for the KoM they release at the end of today's stage.
If they've been given then when I do the scores tonight I'll do an update on the prologue to reflect that, expect them to get an extra 9, 7, 5 and 3 points respectively.
Ah, sorry, just realised that it's technically a summit so just 5,4,3 & 2 for standings, stage points not scored.
Either way, will update this evening.
I guess that's right. TdR have just posted ...
GPM, général provisoire : Froome et Bravo 5pts. Talansky et Bérard, 3. Kiserlovski et Veilleux 2. Porte et Fumeaux 1.
so it looks like the points were awarded yesterday.
Why 9,7,5,3?
1,4,5,16 could be worse. Wish Id stuck with Talansky
Originally I had Porte Talansky Rui Costa and Betancurt but then changed it all bringing in Martin and Malori!! Disaster! Maybe it is better to go with the expensive favourite!
Here comes my standard question at times like this.....
...... is this on telly anywhere? British Eurosport dont seem to be showing it.
I blinking love The Tour de Romandie too.
Sky Sports 2 has it this year. Although if you are aware of p2p streamimg sites you can get it that way
Bloody Murdoch! I dont have Sky Sports. The swine.
1,4,12,16. Could've been worse, I suppose but stupidly don't know why I didn't pick Talansky.
He's been swiftly traded in, as has Brajkovic. Gretsch & Martin OUT.
Just come home from an interview, looked at the results and thought I'd done badly but reading this little lot I've not done too bad at all - 1,4,5 std and 1,5,12 purist. Now to watch it all go to pieces for the rest of the week.
1, 4 & 16 standard, just 1 & 16 purist.
Think there may be a few fairly high scores but most of us will be languishing around the 70 mark.
Dont know if this is right:
11 Moreno MOSER
12 Carlos BETANCUR
13 David LOPEZ GARCIA
14 Sylvester szmyd
15 Ruben PLAZA MOLINA
16 Tony MARTIN
17 Manuele BOARO
18 Janez BRAJKOVIC
19 Steven KRUIJSWIJK
20 Alexandr Dyachenko
urg, that went a bit flat for my standard. switched talansky out for martin at last minute
got spooked by betfair money coming in from 6:1 to 3:1, thought they knew something....
binned betancur also
westra/spilak/machado= waste of space...
'in sky we trust' a consolation.
1-4-16 standard
1, 4 for standard from top 10 - anyone know 11 - 20 ?
Disappointed with Peraud & Spilak, but at least I know who to get rid of for tomorrow now.
Well that was a bust....
1,2,12 purist
2,10,16 standard
Damn Froome & Kiserlovski just ruined my 1-2
Talansky my saviour as he is in both my teams. Let down from Martin. Need Froome to do well and it may be an ok score for my Purist team
So just Porte and hopefully Talansky for me
Theres the silver lining nice one Richie
Porte just gone quickest
Spilak another Dud
I have Kelderman, so its fingers crossed now for Westra, otherwise its a bad day! (Purists OK tho with Rui Costa)
