Hi-viz confession

Following advice from a fellow forumite, I've taken to stashing a hi-viz gilet in the off-side pocket of my jersey with a small piece of it flapping free to attract attention.

But yesterday everything clouded over, then it started to hail, the wind increased and the temperature plummeted so I, I ... wore it.

I'm so sorry.

I take it you've put your house on the market already?
If you need to leave the house, do so at night wearing a balaclava until things pass over.

At least you weren't the chap saw in the hail yesterday. Nice white castelli gilet - with no sleeves on his jersey, but with a pair of armwarmers. Exposed shoulders for the Liza Minelli look!
