Yes getting it on Chrome-Android but not on firefox
Ive just got it as well. I wasn't sure if it was because I accidently hit upload before hitting save on the post.
No, it seems quite widespread. I seem to get it most times I try to post. The post does work correctly for me, though, although like the OP I need to refresh the page to get ti to appear.
As the post is successful I am wondering whether the failed HTTP request is the page attempting the normal refresh that would make the post appear immediately.
