Background ads making the forum unreadable
Anybody else getting a Magnum ice cream add appearing and changing the the background of the page black, making the forum unreadable?
I contacted the forum moderators using the correct contact form to report the obtrusive ad a few weeks back but heard nothing. It’s getting to the point of being too much hassle to bother with the forum as it randomly pops up after a few minutes and even refreshing the page doesn’t get rid of it.
Here are some screen shots. It’s on an iPad if that makes any difference. Anyone know a solution?

Same here - it does make the site almost unusable on Safari. I'm using Chrome on my iPad for this, and it seems to work for me.
And now there is spam all over the forum from a user called Mamamia. Are there not automatic systems to detect and delete such crap, or does someone at Road Towers need to be woken up to press a button?

When it happens I just close the road.cc window and go elsewhere. If it doesn't improve I might not return.

Sorry, here are the screen shots;
Fair Adblocker or Adblock Plus, gets rid of most adverts. A very small number of sites will block you if you are using an ad blocker but there are enough alternative sites on the web that I dont bother trying to read them any more.
