Pedals

Currently using Xpresso's on the road bike but i think i might have to look elsewhere. Had some issues late last year with my Knee (ITBS) changed the cleats and things got better, now the cleats are starting to wear out and knee is starting to squeal.

With cost and frequency of replacement i am inclined to use something else.

I see i can get a set of Exustar keo clones for c£15 anything wrong with them? Or would going for something like the keo max's really be a better idea?

Whichever you choose, get some 'Coffee shop' covers. They cost relatively bugger all, and do extend the life of your cleats (and allow you to walk around, without slipping and sliding around).
