Fantasy spot prize - how does it work?

I was informed a while ago that I was lucky enough to win the spot prize for Stage 20 in the TdF. I replied giving my name and address, but so far have heard nothing. How does it normally work? I'm getting a bit concerned as the month I have to claim my prize is fast evaporating, so it would be good if anyone knows how soon prizes are generally sent out - is it once that month has elapsed, or should I have received something by now? I've tried to get in touch with official road.cc chaps various times to no avail, so thought I'd try here to see if anyone knows how it usually works.

@stevespro You certainly are due a prize. Like nickobec says, you should've received a confirmation email from Dave at the end of July. Check your inbox again, I'll send another one now...

@Alan Tullett Don't worry Alan we certainly haven't forgotten about the TdF runners-up prizes, there's been a slight delay in getting them sent out but it will be with you soon.

I won a prize for coming 10th in the TdF, a jersey and shirt, and I haven't received anything yet either. Sent an email to Dave but got out-of-office reply.

Same here (7th), got an email from Dave sent a reply via contact form and nothing.

Yes, check you email around 25th July for subject line "[road.cc] Fantasy Tour de France"

LabMonkey - I got in touch with Dave with my details as well, so it might be better to try someone else like Gkam84 suggests.

I had a spot prize too - for the stage where Denis Galimza............nov came 4th - I think?

I emailed Dave back with my address but nothing has arrived here either.

Do you know what stage it was for? cause just looked back the list of spot prizes and dont see your name 39

When you got the message about winning it would have been from one memeber of the forum and in the email it would have told you their name and given a profile link, thats the best person to contact, also i dont know where Dave has been lately, so you might want to try someone else like Simon or Oli

I won a book a few weeks ago, gave me details the day i got the message in the afternoon, next morning the book was here 4
