Tomorrow has 5 biggish climbs in it but a long, flat finish. I guess a breakaway, but any GC contenders will be chased down.
Transfers:
Monfort for Fuglsang
Montaguti for Taaramae
Montaguti is bound to be on the attack tomorrow, lots of big hills, but I don't fancy dropping Cobo in favour of Moncoutie for obvious reasons. Fuggles has dropped off the radar a bit. Still got Martin in there too, but he might be a bit tired... Going to be a bit of a weird finish, possibly a case of who's the best sprinter out of the climbers that will survive the day.
I have Monfort and Fuglsang, so dropping Fuggly out for someone else who's even fuggly'er lol
I dont wanna drop Cobo but i think Mollema will do well tomorrow
I think Lastras will have to go as most of Movistar are ill with a stomach bug, dont fancy them all lasting
Only swopped Fuglsang for Nieve with the basque section coming up he might go for a stage win.
What about Froome going for it big style tomorrow and trying to TT it to the finish. Only Geox will try and bring him back as it's a 2 horse race now...and i dont think their team is strong enough ?
Geox, i thought they weren't very strong either, but look at their team
David Blanco
David De la Fuente
Fabio Duarte
Denis Menchov
Carlos Sastre
Matthias Brändle
Dmitriy Kozontchuk
Sastre and Menchov are great riders in their own right and then De La Fuente and Duarte have been doing a great job mopping up everything else
After careful looking at the stage, i kept Fuggle in and made these changes
Stage 83 IN:Matteo MONTAGUTI OUT:Jan BAKELANDTS
Stage 83 IN:Daniel MORENO FERNANDEZ OUT:Enrico GASPAROTTO
I'm surprised you've not suggested Taaramae GKAM, being your usual helpful self.

Nah saving him and Cancellara for the next stage![26](https://cdn.road.cc/sites/all/modules/contrib/smiley/packs/smilies/26.gif)
Nah, might swap Fugslang for Monfort, or a different AR depending on what tomorrow's stage looks like (haven't even bothered to check if it's a flat/mountain/breakaway stage yet)...
same here drheaton ,fuglsang out and looks like nieve will be brought in !!
120 something, dissapointed with Fuglslang, think I might have to finally ditch him.
98 today i think, not so good as if i'd just stuck to what i had 2 days ago, would be well into the 130
Got 130 points I think
Great finish, even if Froome doesn't get a chance to catch up and win the Vuelta, performances like that prove he's a great GC contender for the future. Also good that Sky let him off the leash to attack Cobo in the first place. Wiggins is now 1:41 down, he really doesn't like the steep-steep stuff.

Results to follow, PISSED off with Eurosport, they have it scheduled till 4.45 and have cut it back to snooker at 4.15, could have stayed and watched the podiums![14](https://cdn.road.cc/sites/all/modules/contrib/smiley/packs/smilies/14.gif)
Yeah, Froome got the 20 seconds, but Cobo gets 12, so only 8 seconds back
Noooooooooooooooooooooo
Cobo right back with him
Is it a 20sec bonus for stage win again today?
Froome drops Cobo!!
Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaas, Cobo pedalling pentagon's![19](https://cdn.road.cc/sites/all/modules/contrib/smiley/packs/smilies/19.gif)
Cobo and Froome away, COME ON Froome![4](https://cdn.road.cc/sites/all/modules/contrib/smiley/packs/smilies/4.gif)
Nah he's caught now anyways![19](https://cdn.road.cc/sites/all/modules/contrib/smiley/packs/smilies/19.gif)
Haha, I think Dan Martin will be pretty popular today after being Geraint Thomas' pick for the day
NO NO NO, Dan Martin, what you playing at, i decided not to put you in for today![14](https://cdn.road.cc/sites/all/modules/contrib/smiley/packs/smilies/14.gif)
yeah its only around 5km climb, but the final 2 are around 20%![19](https://cdn.road.cc/sites/all/modules/contrib/smiley/packs/smilies/19.gif)
More likely Geox looking to keep the speed up and keep it all together, if everyones together at the foot of the climb I can't see Cobo being dropped let alone losing 20+ seconds on what is a relatively short climb.
Goex thumping out the pace as there is a sprint coming up for time bonuses
Katusha drilling it at the front - guess Purito feels ok
Break caught at 25km by the look of things (ITV are brainwashing at the moment). Geox doing the chasing last thing I saw, Cobo looking for another win?
Movistar got a bug going round, thats why they are dropping out
Ticker showing
Leader(s) - 2 riders
118 Bruseghin (ITA, MOV) +9:18
137 E. Petrov (RUS, AST) +1:47:47
But Eurosport showing
115 Lastras (ESP, MOV) +1:17:05
134 A. Kashechkin (KAZ, AST) +2:38:36
I hope it is Lastras as i have him back in till the end cause there are a couple of stages suited for him
They are going to get caught anyways
