I couldn't see exercise mentioned in the supporting document.
The guidance says you should stay in your tier if you are in tier4 but when I read the SI, I could not see any reference to this.
I'll be doing a lot of cycling to the shops then.
At the start of all this I tried to keep up with how much was actual statute law, and how much was simple BBC or Boris dictat. But I have long since lost the plot.
To be fair to them, they've now corrected the article to talk about 'a return to only being allowed one form of daily outdoor exercise'.
Won't somebody think of the triathletes!
The triathletes just need to harden up - make the cycle section 24 hrs, with changeovers at midnight.
