I remember when the Thames barrier was built people asked what is the point? But; the weather in America/Canada tends to influence the weather here two weeks later Are we up for some interesting weather?
So, a "natural" disaster hits and they decide to ban filming ot at least not issue permissions ....... for what reason?
For the same reason that they issued the order to evacuate everyone from Zone A I presume. SAFETY.
